Pascal Vianney N'CHO is an Ivorian legal professional whose practice focuses primarily on commercial law, legal advisory services and regulatory compliance. He advises both private individuals and businesses on structuring their operations, as well as negotiating and safeguarding contractual arrangements.

Pascal holds a dual Master's degree in Law, Economics and Management, specialising in Business Law, awarded jointly by Université Côte d'Azur (Nice) and Mundiapolis University (Casablanca).

He began his professional career in 2021 at Khadija El Amrani Law Firm, where he worked on matters relating to commercial law and family law. The following year, he joined the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC), handling matters concerning industrial and commercial property.

In 2023, he moved into the banking and insurance sector by joining Maroc Assistance Internationale, a subsidiary of Banque Populaire Group. In this role, he contributed to the Group's expansion across West and Central Africa by supporting the development of strategic partnerships, coordinating regional projects, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders across the UEMOA, CEMAC, OHADA and CIMA regions.

Building on this experience, he joined Wafa IMA Assistance, a subsidiary of Attijariwafa Bank Group, in 2025. There, he manages contractual matters, assists policyholders in addressing their legal and operational needs, and contributes to maintaining relationships with the company's business partners.

Alongside his corporate career, since 2022 he has also advised development organisations and projects, including the NGO DEAMCOVIE, assisting with contract drafting and negotiation, partnership structuring, and the legal protection of economic and social development initiatives in Côte d'Ivoire.

In 2026, Pascal joined Giambrone & Partners as a Legal Executive in the firm's Casablanca office.

Pascal is fluent in French, has professional proficiency in English, and has a working knowledge of Arabic.
